Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of D3 Interiors’ website and interior design services. D3 Interiors is registered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Please read these terms carefully before engaging our services.
01.Acceptance of Terms
By engaging D3 Interiors for interior design services — whether through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or in-person — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with our services.
02.Services Provided
D3 Interiors provides interior design and execution services including but not limited to:
• Residential interior design (modular kitchens, wardrobes, false ceilings, living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms)
• Commercial interior design (offices, retail showrooms, restaurants, clinics)
• Industrial interior design (admin blocks, canteens, factory offices)
• 3D visualization and design planning
• Material procurement and project execution
• Post-handover support and warranty services
The specific scope of work for your project will be detailed in a separate Project Agreement / Work Order.
03.Quotations & Pricing
All quotations provided by D3 Interiors are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to GST as applicable under Indian law.
Package pricing (per sqft) is indicative and based on standard specifications. Final pricing depends on your specific requirements, materials selected, and site conditions. A detailed, itemized quotation will be provided before any work commences.
04.Payment Terms
Standard payment schedule for interior design projects:
• 30% advance payment upon signing the Work Order to commence design work
• 40% milestone payment upon commencement of on-site execution
• 30% final payment upon project completion and handover
Payments must be made via bank transfer, cheque, or UPI. Receipts will be provided for all payments. Work may be paused if payments are delayed beyond the agreed schedule.
05.Project Timeline
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith based on the project scope. Actual timelines may vary due to:
• Client delays in approvals or material selections
• Supplier or logistics delays beyond our control
• Site conditions or access limitations
• Scope changes requested by the client
D3 Interiors will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize impact on the overall schedule.
06.Client Responsibilities
For smooth project execution, clients agree to:
• Provide accurate site dimensions and access for site visits
• Make timely decisions on design approvals and material selections
• Ensure site access for the D3 Interiors team during agreed working hours
• Make payments as per the agreed schedule
• Inform us of any existing structural or utility conditions that may affect the work
07.Warranty
D3 Interiors provides warranty on carpentry and furniture work as specified in the package:
• Essential Package: 1-year warranty on furniture and woodwork
• Eleganza Package: 3-year warranty on furniture and woodwork
• Eleganza Plus Package: 5-year comprehensive warranty
Warranty covers manufacturing defects in carpentry and furniture. It does not cover damage due to misuse, water damage, or normal wear and tear. Hardware warranties (hinges, channels, etc.) are as per manufacturer terms.
08.Intellectual Property
All 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, mood boards, and design concepts created by D3 Interiors remain the intellectual property of D3 Interiors until full payment is received. Upon final payment, design rights for your specific project are transferred to you.
D3 Interiors reserves the right to use project photos (with your consent) for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.
09.Limitation of Liability
D3 Interiors' liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
10.Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
11.Changes to Terms
D3 Interiors reserves the right to update these Terms of Service. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued engagement with our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
